Terms

We require one-half of the total fees to begin work. The remaining half is due upon completion of the last session (and before follow-up). In rare cases, Randy may charge on an hourly basis. Hours include preparation, meeting time, and follow-up.

We highly recommend that you research your company's professional development policy. Many companies pay for coaching for their employees. With advance approval, we will bill your company directly. Clients are responsible for all payments, even if corporate billing is established.

Invoices are e-mailed at the end of the month. All invoices are due within thirty days. In the event that invoices are not paid on time, the unpaid balance will accrue interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum. If a credit card is declined, or a check is returned, there is a fifty dollar ($50) handling charge.

Scheduled appointments must be canceled at least twenty-four hours in advance or the client will be charged in full and no refunds will be issued. Monday appointments must be canceled no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Friday prior to the session.

Payment

Clients may pay by check or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We use the secure payment processing services of ProfessionalCharges.com to handle our online debit and credit card payments. All credit card charges will appear on your credit card statement as Professional Services by ProfessionalCharges.com.

Making an Online Payment

1. Click on the Make a Payment link below, and the payment form will open in a new window.
2. Enter your name as it appears on your card.
3. Insert my License Number 123456 in the space for the Provider's License Number.
4. Complete the form and click on the Submit Payment button at the bottom.
5. Print yourself a copy of the receipt that will appear on the screen.

Whether an organization or individual, we are confident that you will find our services to be highly effective. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our services, let us know why.

We will make things right or offer a full refund minus the cost of expenses. As of today, no client has ever asked for a refund.
